Zirconia Ceramic Liners For Triplex Pump

We offer four different types of Zirconia Ceramic Liners For Triplex pump as per API standard for all popular pumps to suit any drilling conditions, including premium chromium liners, ceramic liners, chromium-plated liners and hardened liners.
1.Premium Chromium Liners: Outer Shell: 45# forged steel, tensile strength is I b>610MPa, yield strength is I s>450MPa, elongation is I'>17%, hardness is HRC180-200 Inner Sleeve: Hy-chrome forged steel (centrifugal forged). Annealing hardness is HRCa 40. Quenching hardness is HRC59-67.
2.Ceramic liners combine the strength of a forged steel out shell with the abrasion and corrosion resistance of a ceramic inner sleeve. We provide Zirconia(ZrO3) sleeves as well as Alumina(AL2O3) sleeves of which Zirconia exhibits better impact strength, higher hardness and can be honed to finer surface finishes than alumina.
3.Chromium-plated Liners: The chrome-plated liners have hardening characteristics of 58 to 62 Rockwell C hardness. Material is 45# forged steel, tensile strength is larger than 450MPA, elongation is larger than 17%, hardness is HRC180-200. The bore is plated by chrome, thickness is 0.15-0.18mm, hardness is HRC 58-60.
4. Hardened liners offer economy in a liner that is made for normal to mildly corrosive mud conditions. These liners are hardened and heat treated under strict quality control to a minimum of 60 RC hardness and a depth of 125 inches.
