These Bimetal/ Dual Metal Liners for UNBT 950 Russia Pumps to suit any drilling condition, including Premium Chromium Liners(Bi metail liner), Ceramic Liners, Chromium-plated Liners and Hardened Liners. Each liners are made strictly in accordance with API 7K & ISO 9001:2000 standard to guarantee a safety and steady service.

Specification:
Outer Shell: 45# forged steel, tensile strength is I b>610MPa, yield strength is I s>450MPa, elongation is I'>17%, hardness is HRC180-200
Inner Sleeve: high chromium iron (centrifugal cast). [Main chemical compositions-C : 2.7%-3.0% ; Cr : 25%-28% ; Si : 0.6%-0.9% ; Mn : 0.5%-1.0% ; Mo : 0.5%-0.8% ; S, P a 0.05%]
Annealing hardness is HRCa 40. Heat treatment hardness is HRC59-67.
