These machines have been designs and manufactured with our continuous hardships of 10 years. Our wire nail making machine is made from high grade casting and steel. Machines ensure perfect, sturdy and durable long life.

Drive: three shafts design have been adopted to ensure efficient and smooth working. The main crank is directly operated by motor and side shaft by four bevel gears, which operate cutting tools. Main crank & side shaft are fitted with gunmetal bushes.

Lubrication: the bevel gears are totally enclosed in oil chambers whereas other lubricated points are provided with oil cup reservoirs which need periodical checks.

The wire end from coil passes through straightening rollers and fed intermittently into gripping dies, which close firmly allowing the header to press the head of nail then the grip is loosened and the required length of the nail is fed forward and is cut by cutting tool a leaving ample of wire for the head of next nail. Now the finished nail is ejected by ejector. These operations are repeated in each revolution.

Wire feed:

The wire feed is directly obtained by the driving shafts. The setting of desired length of nail can be easily set easily by adjustment bolt.
