Wire Bead

We supply a wide range of Wire Bead used to reinforce tire and keep the tire on the rim. We are able to supply most wire bead varieties, used in several types of bead structures such as single, square, hexagonal or cabled bead rings. This variety includes various wire diameters, strengths and shapes.

1. Application:
Generally, wire bead is used for Automobile industry for making tires, such as: passenger car tires, bus and truck tires, earthmover tires, industrial tires, agricultural/farm tires, agricultural & excavator tracks, snowmobile tracks, motor cycle tires.

ISO16650-2004, GB/T14450-2008, ASTM-D-1871 & Customer Required

3. Material:
Wire bead is hard-drawn high carbon wire made from quality steel rods. Wire rod feedstock is systematically rated for its quality level and performance.
