Industrial Model is designed for varieties of applications can
reduce many materials that can not be reduced by any other mechanical
means. Chamber design makes a fan effect that reduces build up
temperature and helps to prevent product deformation. Correct grinding
occurs almost instantaneously by slowly feeding "DRY" materials.
Driving unit is enclosed in powder coated steel housing. Grinding
chamber is consisting of steel chamber with 5.s. lining. There are 4
Nos rotating steel knives and 2/4/6 (as per requirement) stationary
steel knives are fitted in the grinding chamber. Hinged type, heavy
steel plate door provides full acce3ss to the chamber cleaning. Motor
is a continuous duty enclosed ball bearing type equipped with thermal
overload cutout device and needs no lubrication for years. Safety
switch prevents operation when the door is open. 5.5. hopper of 4" dia
x 2" throat internal dia x 8" depth fitted with 5.5. plate to allow
control of feeding. Suitable to work on 220/230 V. single phase, A.C.
Willy Grinder (Laboratory Type)
Designed for grinding of "DRY" plants samples. Also it is
suitable for great variety of commercial "DRY" materials. Fitted on
heavy casting base plate and driving mechanism is enclosed in a M.S.
housing with powder coated finish. It has 2 Nos stationery blades and 4
Nos rotating blades. Grinding chamber is made of steel with 5.5. liming
of 3" dia and hopper is made of 5.5. for feeding the samples of 4" dia.
A glass plate is provided in the face of the grinding chamber for
observation. Complete with 3 set of sieves 20,40,& 60 mesh to work
on 220/230 V. single phase, A.C. mains.
