Wide Temperature Desizing Enzyme

Using wide temperature desizing enzyme can get the desired effect that remove slurry containing starch thoroughly without damaging fibers. This is the result of amylasea s specific.
It can only change the internal structure of starch but no effect on fabric fibers which can be recommended to remove varieties of slurry containing natural or modified starch, including so-called a water-solublea slurry. Three. Application conditions
1.Temperature: 25 - 100a , recommend 40-70a .
2.Stability of PH: 5.5i 7.5
3. The effect of Calcium ion concentration to enzyme activity: calcium have improved effect on stability of enzyme activity.
4. Dosage
The optimum dosage of enzyme depends on desizing conditionsa slurry components and fabric types. Recommend dosage 1 - 3g/l after high concentrated dilution.
5. Rolling over rate: 95i 100i . Suitable for rolling heap, jigger to padding crawler box and other desizing processes.

Five. Storage
Store in a cool, dry place and away from direct sunlight. The enzyme maintains its activity not less than identified activity when stored at normal temperatures ( 25a ) for 6 months. Avoid long-term storage at above 30a .
