At SFL we are engaged in Exporting and Manufacturing a premium quality butter in New Delhi, India which is a natural and essential ingredient in the preparation of wide variety of cuisines and adds a fine taste to them. White butter is nothing but a composition of amino acid, with saturated and unsaturated fatty acids and is obtained by separating freshly pasteurized finest quality cream churned from milk. This cream is them washed with pasteurized water to control rancidity and then stored in a cool place. As it cools the butter crystallizes and becomes firm which is then packed into 20 kg cartons and transferred to deep freezer for storage.
