Water Jet Ejector - Water Motive Force System For Vapour Handling | Efficient Condensation, High Performance At Various Temperatures

These types of Water Jet Ejectors use water as the motive force. They use kinetic energy of water to entrain vapours and gases. Vapours get condensed in water and non-condensable gases are compressed in the diffuser and the resultant mixture is discharged into a constant level water tank against atmospheric pressure. Maximum absolute pressure attained by these types mainly depends on the temperature of water or motivating fluid. These units with water temperature at 32A C can attain an absolute pressure of 36 a 46 mm Hg at shut off and with chilled water at 3A C as motive fluid can attain an absolute pressure of 5 a 10 mm Hg. Generally absolute pressure at shut off nearly equals the vapour pressure of the operating liquid at operating temp. These units are most economical where condensable vapours are to be handled.
Installation: These Water Jet Ejectors can be installed at Ground Level or at any higher elevation. They should be installed at water re-circulation tank to minimize Pressure drop.
