Our Water Cooled Cables are are manufactured as per the Current flowing Capacity  of Induction and Arc Furnaces. The inside construction of the Cable consists strandedCopper Wire of High Conductivity Grade (99.99% purity). The terminal Lugs arealso made of HC Grade copper made by forging and machining. The conductorsbeing crimped to the Lug with the help special Hydraulic press to assure uniform contact. After crimping operation the entire assembly is pushed in to a Carbon free braided Rubber Hose.Water flow, withstanding of Pressure and Temperature are tested at our factory before delivery.
