The standard wall form system of steel shuttering comprises of steel panels manufactured out of 2.5 mm (12 swg.) thick skin plate and 45 x 45 x 5 mm punched angles that are jig assembled to ensure complete inter-changeability. It offers maximum economy due to infinite reusability and is therefore universally used to cast RCC columns,beams, walls, culverts, docks and precast units.

Double adjuster panel fills the gap on outer face, between flexible panels, since soliders on both faces have to be in raidial alignment to house wall ties. Double adjuster panels are also used to fill gap in straight wall construction.

Internal Corner Wall Forms are formed by means of standard 150 x 150 mm, 225 x 225 mm or 300 x 300 mm wide 90" internal corner wall forms, which are supplied in 1250, or 2500 mm lengths. Used in conjunction with standard 300 mm, 450 mm and 600 mm wide wall forms. Other width and length dimensions for can be tailor-made according to the requirements of the job.
