Exclusive Wall Forms

These standard Wall Forms system of steel shuttering comprises of steel panels manufactured out of 2.5 mm (12 swg.) thick skin plate and 45 x 45 x 5 mm punched angles that are jig assembled to ensure complete interchangeability. It offers maximum economy due to infinite reusability and is therefore universally used to cast RCC columns, beams, walls, culverts, docks and precast units.
Internal Corner Wall Forms are formed by means of standard 150 x 150 mm, 225 x 225 mm or 300 x 300 mm wide 90A internal corner wall forms, which are supplied in 1250, or 2500 mm lengths. Used in conjunction with standard 300 mm, 450 mm and 600 mm wide wall forms. Other width and length dimensions for can be tailor-made according to the requirements of the job. Splayed Internal and External Corner Wall Forms are tailor-made to obtain angles other than 90A
