Side Panel : Rugged structure , made from ABS sheet, detachable for ease to install & transport, ABS Plastic moulded top and shoes, with provision for screwing shoes to ground. Has aluminium strip with polycarbonate strip-insert on both sides for extra strength and high aesthetics.

Operation & Control: Easy programming/monitoring with LCD display, Password protection and mechanical lock to prevent any un-authorized use. User selectable Volume level, Sensitivity level, Language, tone etc.

Detection: Detects all Metals, Zinc & Metal Alloys, ferrous / non-ferrous metals using single detection program. Test samples as per IS : 14132 : 1992.

Detection indication: In both side panels, detection rate 35-40 persons per minute. Detects only when IR are cut. Multi-Point metal detection LED Indicator Lights on exit side of both side panels, showing the area / zone of detection.

Safety : Indian NABL approved Lab tested, safe for people with pace makers, pregnant woman, digital devises, magnetic media., tested as per ICNIRP guidelines.

Interference : Advanced circuitry to prevent interference from external signals like Walky Talky, Mobile.

Warranty : Standard 1 year against any mfg defect. AMC upto 5 years optional .

How we are better from others

98% of the problems in detector happen in control unit, having control card , power supply card etc. This can happen due to power fluctuations, inward spikes, component failure, design failure etc. Our control card (brain ) is extremely small, compact, advance micro-processor controlled, less than a size 6 inch x 9 inch , with 70% software control and 30% hardware (components).

Its easily replaceable. Hence incase of any problem at site, our team simply replaces the control card . Detector starts operating in 5 minutes. No repairs at site. Whereas any other detectors have control cards of size approx 2 feet x 1.5 feet, jungle of electronics with 95% hardware components and 5 % software, hence failure of components frequently happen . Its almost impossible to find fault in the jungle at site.

Further any other detectors still uses old technology , It requires equipment to be taken back , and after 5-7 days of work, the supplier may be able to find fault. But for those repair period, the equipment is not working. Further the frequency of fault is once in every 2 months , per detector.

Further it will lead to recurring cost to buyer since this detector seller will always blame the fault on buyer , and will perpetually keep submitting repair bills repair bills , which the buyer cant avoid since the value of repair is less than equipment, so buyer is stuck up.

With last 6 years experience in metal detector manufacturing, we know the problems which happen in product post installation , problems at client site etc. We have already taken care of those problems in advance and incorporated those safety measures in manufacturing. Further our technical team is strong to ensure that prompt services are provided to end user, and repair/ replace the control unit at site itself.

Further our control card has combination of million unit. which means one control card can be fitted into 1 million side bodies, and it would perform identically . At site, its easy for us to simply change the control card, and bring back the faulty card back home for repair. While Samarth detectors work on policy of matching 1 to 1 . Each control card is matched with side detector from factory. Mis-match makes the product non-functional. So this thing is also not possible with it.

Our units can be installed close to each other at gap of 1 feet with special feature of " multiple frequency options" , while many detectors interfere with each other Non interference : Many detectors give false alarm on bring wireless / walki talki near detector, our does not.
