We have specially trained harvesting teams equipped with modern harvesting machines to transport Virgin Olive Oil to the factory within 8 hours to obtain high quality Virgin Olive Oil. Genuine cold pressing process is operated under 27A C. Periodic quality testing and olive pomace drainage is performed to the olive oil that is stored under constant temperature, light and humidity in chrome nickel steel tanks.
Virgin Olive Oil is produced from mature black olives of South Aegean region. It has an intense fruity taste and mild biterness with a traditional flavor. Its acidity is maximum 2 % (oleic acid) and we recommend this product for cooking, frying and salad dressings .
