Take a single, sealed container with material eg. [ oil, paint etc], or a carton of packed containers, as suitable, place it on the vibration table and secure the container with the help of fasteners / clamping arrangement mounted on the vibration table as per the size / shape of the container.
Switch on the vibrator from the Control Panel and wait for the vibration test to end automatically to the preset time of 15 minutes.
Observe if the container has leaked during the vibration test conducted.
This 15 minute vibration test will give the results for a container traveling a distance of 750 km. on a bumpy road. However, the test duration can be timed between 0 to 30 minutes with the help of the timer provided in the Control panel box.
Any size of container can be tested upto 30 LTRS capacity on this vibrator Test Bed.
