Operation Principle

VSI's mainly consists of an open/closed type impeller table fitted with specially developed carbide tip ports rotating at high speeds imparting centrifugal force to the feed material. This high speed feed hits the outer ring and again hits the fresh feed from the table, crushing and attrition take place. This results of remove the loose edges of the products shaping them cubical formations. (Outer ring provided either with "Anvil" or the Rock-on_rock patterns depending on feed material characteristics or final product requirements).
