Our Vertical Cutting Machine is fabricated using solid steel, used for cutting of flexible and rigid foam blocks with band knives. We offer the cutting unit with rubber covered knife wheels of 400 mm diameter that is used to accommodate 5-20 mm wide band knives. Further, we also provide knife tension indicator with knife speed of 15 met/sec for the cutting of flexible foams and saw speed of 30 met/sec. for sawing of rigid foams. In addition to this, these are provided with the bottom and upper knife guide that ensures the smooth cutting. In order to eliminate the fire risk from sparks, we offer the friction grinding attachment with it. Apart from this, these are offered with the sliding table that is fabricated with the smooth table surface traverses on silent running rollers along the rail track and can be locked in position while cutting shapes. In order to set the recurring cutting width, these are provided with the adjustable ratchet for the easy adjustable vertical side wall mounted on solid frame. We offer the slide walls with the adjustable angle of 45 degrees.
