We are distributing and supplying huge range of Vertical Conveyors from Thane, Maharashtra, India. Bulk cap elevators are fitted on botlling line with a high production capacity. They feed the caps automatically to the bowl of capping / sealing machine feeder.
Caps are stored in bulk quantity in a large S.S. tank manufactured in stainless steel and they are carried upto the vibratory bowl / hopper feeder by an imported elevating belt.
Elevating the caps by belt prevents damage / storing of the caps during their transfer. The automatic cap elevator is provided with a micro switch / sensor which maintains a constant level of caps in the feeder bowl by stopping the feeding belt automatically when feeder is full.
Height can be adjusted so that it can be easily fitted to the capping machine and is provided with electrical panel placed in a leakproof box with all start/ stop devices/ sensors etc. 24 volts. This elevator can be kept any where near the capping / sealing machine depending upon space available.
Bulk cap elevator is available in both SS and MS options.
