Fruit /Vegetable Dicer Machine Structure and Working Principle
1. Vegetable dicing machine mainly consists of foundation, machine shell, driving plate, slicing blade, round blade assembly, crosscutting blade assembly, transmission system and electrical apparatus control system.
2. The driving plate drives the vegetables to rotate at high speed. By centrigfugal force, the slicing blade cuts the vegetables into slice, then the round shredding blade cuts the slices into strips and send them to the crosscutting blade, which cut the strips into cubes or cuboids.
3. By removing the crosscutting blade of the vegetable cuber you can cut strips or shreds, further remove the round blade you can cut slices.
