Butterfly valves are a type of valve that can be used to stop flow in a pipeline by rotating a quarter of a turn. The flow can be controlled by using butterfly valves, as is commonly believed.

This angle can range from 20 degrees to 90 degrees for modern butterfly valves (fully open).
1. Double Flange Butterfly Valve
Flanged ends are included on both sides of the Double Flange Butterfly Valve. The valve is fastened to the piping flanges with bolts.
The butterfly valve can be installed with pinpoint accuracy thanks to its twin flange body, which can also serve as a pipe termination point if needed.

The cheapest option is a butterfly valve with a water type end, which consists of 2 pipe flanges held together by flange bolts. Long bolts, the length of which is equal to the breadth of the valve body, secure the pipe flanges together.
The valve and pipe flanges are sealed using a securely fitted seal, such as an O-ring or carefully machined gasket, and a flat valve face at both the downstream and upstream ends of the valve.
Sealing against differential pressure in both directions and blocking reverse flow in universal flow systems is the goal of this connection.
4. Butt Welded Types Ends
This type of end valve is typically seen in high-pressure applications and is welded directly to the pipe.
