Our firm is producing and exporting of Vacuum Lamination Machine to our consumer with the following details:
1i Project Profilei
1.1 Application areai Suits for lamination between sensor glass laminated with OCA already & cover lens(or TP & LCM) in TP industry.
1.2 Corresponding raw material: Sensor Glassi Cover Lens i or TP & LCMi i OCA may laminated on the back of TP and LCM.
1.3 Function description: mainly used in lamination between sensor glass laminated with OCA already & cover lens (or TP & LCM) , product size is 4a ~12a (size shall prevail with length*width specified in specification).
1.4 Operation processes:
1.4.1 Manually place Sensor Glassi S/Gi / Cover Glassi C/Gi on corresponding material stage.
1.4.2 Manually tear the protective film from Sensor Glassi S/Gi / Cover Glassi C/Gi .
1.4.3 Cover Glassi C/Gi platform controlled by cylinder moves forward to CG junction and CG absorbed by CG transfer platform.
1.4.4 CG transfer platform controlled by servo X axis moves toward CCD components and capture relative CG position information, when moving to vacuum lamination position, X&I, coordinate of CG can be adjusted via parameter setting and S/G position adjustment.
1.4.5SG platform controlled by servo axis moves to CCD components to get SG position information and then moves to vacuum lamination place to control the bonding position of corresponding Y-direction coordinate at the same time.
