MICROMAC ECO is an automatic on line analyzer, able to perform:
a cCOD: UV direct reading measure at 254 nm, as per DIN 38404-3, is correlated to COD and/or TOC by calibration against a known standard solution; turbidity is corrected at 550nm.
a cBOD: Fluorescence measurement of tryptophan like compounds excited and 280nm and measured at 360nm, correlated to BOD against Tryptophan calibration and if necessary with a correction factor to be established on site
a cpH: measure at controlled temperature by combined pH electrode mounted in a flow trough cell, calibration with reference buffers
a cTSS: measure of turbidity as per ISO 7027, calibration against known turbidity standard, to be correlated on site to Total Suspended Solids.
Hydraulics and electronic parts are completely separated and all the routine operations like calibration, analysis, wash, blank, sample dilution are directly available through the color touch screen.
The analyzer is powered at 12Vcc data outputs are tough separated 4-20 mA outputs or through RS-232 serial port, communication protocol available on request.
