Product/Goods:

The Goods consist of ferrous scrap (as per ISRI classification) of:
a. Used Rails of R-50 (51.67 Kg/M) and R-65 (64.72Kg/M) grades as per ISRI 027-029 and GOST 7173-75/ GOST 8165-75; cut-to-length (in Buyer`s option);

b. Railway Sleepers



Origin: Tanzania;
a. First Shipment: 20,000MT

b. Monthly Shipment: 10,000MT

c. Shipment Duration: 12 Months



The Quantity to be shipped for each lot of Goods is to be determined latest 10 (ten) days prior to expected Shipment Date for respective lot of the Goods.
a. Cut Length: Up to 1.50m maximum (unless agreed otherwise)

b. Contract Duration: Twelve (12) Months from the first Month

c. Port of Loading: Dar es salaam (Tanzania);

d. Delivery Terms: .
