Heating roll system has a double roller, inserted one on another.
Inner stationary roller is fitted with the heating element.
Inner roller is heated with the electrical heating element and heat is transferred to outer
drum by means of radiation.
In case of lower drum, the pressure roller is fitted on this roller and pressure is applied
with the counter weight. So that while moving the slab, uniform heat is applied with
aluminum foiling.
Foil roll is placed below the conveyor and is guided with rollers to the heating drum.
