Features Of Universal Cylindrical Grinder :-
BED : The one piece bed is made of high graded cast iron provided with strong ribbing & high quality stress relieved casting ensure high static, dynamic rigidity and prolonged accuracy.

TABLE : The table is composed of two parts. (Lower slide have vee & flat ways) Upper part swivel can be swivelled on either side by means of screw and a scale.

WORK HEAD : The tail stock centre carrying spindle, travels in perfectly honed bore. It is protected from dust. The tail stock spindle is spring loaded.

TAIL STOCK : The tail stock centre carrying spindle, travels in perfectly honed bore. It is protected from dust. The tail stock spindle is spring loaded.

WHEEL HEAD : The wheel head is designed to raise the efficiency level for operation, decrease overhang and eliminate vibrations. It can be swivelled 60A on the either side. Wheel spindle can be supplied with ball, taper roller or bronze bearing if specially requested.

INTERNAL GRINDING ATTACHMENT :If ordered internal grinding attachment is supplied with a drive through a flat endless belt giving high efficiency. It is suitable for grinding cylindrical and taper holes.
COOLANT : A generous coolant supply is provided with an electric coolant pump fitted on a tank through a pipe and nozzle.

ELECTRICALS : The Machine is fully installed with electrical motors, Push buttons, Switch gears wiring, normally to arrange the supply of 400 x 440 Volts , 3 Phase A.C. 50 cycles.
