Universal All-injector Test Stand - Dit

We are providing Universal All-Injector Test Stand - DIT to our clients. With universal injector test bench DIT the following injectors can be tested: Traditional, Double Spring, Common Rail Electromagnetic and Piezoelectric injectors, and Marine injectors of big size. This innovative system is fed by compressed air. The main part of the hydraulic system consists of double piston multiplication air-oil pressure pump, with pressure multiplication ratio 1:265, it is able to create the calibration fluid pressure of 1855 bar. The electronic managing system together with tandem pump allow to register the inline pressure with extremely high precision, to regulate the calibration fluid volume and to keep constant the feeding, to give to the injector an electronic impulse by the trigger and to verify automatically the pressure of the injector opening and to calculate the back leakage drop time after each cycle. The triggering values and the parameters for calculation can be chosen by the user. A large expansion camera is well-illuminated and ventilated by an exhauster with an external dust removing. The camera allows the correct visualization of the injector pulverization during the test. The residues of the calibration fluid are filtered by a cartridge filter (min. 5 micron) located into the inferior compartment of the bench. The filter is easy to replace.
