Ultrasonic Assembly System

Ultrasonic assembly systems are comprised of the following major elements: a power supply, timers, converter and horn.

Power Supply

The solid-state power supply converts standard 50 Hz electrical power to 20 KHz (20,000 Hz) electrical energy.

PLC: programmable logic control

The PLC MM 1010 Controls all times and temperature indication, test ultrasonic vibrations in processor.

The converter changes the high frequency electrical energy supplied by the power supply to high frequency vibrations.

Processing horn

Processing horn is made up of high grade titanium alloy to sustain high frequency vibrations. It is made up of 02 parts, upper part is main horn, and bottom part is tip.

The horn receives 20 micron vibratons and converts it in near about 70 microns vibrations when amplitude switch kept at maximum position.
