Our Tyre Protection Chain (TPC), basically be made by two components, i.e. casting link and alloy ring. For the link, we use alloy steel material:38CrMnSi; Tensile strength larger or equal: 100KN; Hardness: HRC46-54. When casting, in order to reach best physical properties, we pay more attention on elements constitution to be accurate according to our experiment; and for the ring welded by flash welding under condition of overall netting the mesh.---This equipment,We are the first user in China.Ring material:20CrMo and 20CrMnTi; Tensile strength larger or equal: 100KN; Hardness:HRC34-42.
