Two Stage Air Compressor:-

We manufacture 2 stage compressors that consist of two or more cylinders. The first stage, low pressure (LP) cylinder is always larger in diameter than the second stage, high pressure (HP) cylinder. In our designed two stage compressors the atmospheric air enters into low pressure Cylinders through inlet filter and valves and passes to high pressure cylinder through inter cooler and HP inlet valves. The air is for higher pressure and is then delivered to final destination. The highly efficient inter cooler provides maximum heat dissipation between stages, resulting in more air per horse power and less trouble from carbonization. Our designed compressors are mostly used in textile, plastic, spray painting, shot blasting, cement, mining, foundry and oil Industries. Available in various model and designs.
