Two Color Eraser Printing Machine

Traditionally erasers were being printed using the screen printing process. Quality was just a dream but wasn't brought into reality. Analyzing the needs of the industry we gave it life by introducing the pad printing process to this field. Apart from the standard pad printing machines, we introduced high speed pad printing machines printing upto 9000 erasers per hour.

The erasers are dumped into bowl feeder system where they are oriented and come onto a linear track from where they are picked up using a pick and place mechanical arm and placed onto the fixtures which are placed on the linear indexing system which is continuously moving and indexing each fixture at a time. The printing takes place in as many colors as required and then the erasers are automatically unloaded. Optionally we can have an online infrared curing system before unloading to cure printing immediately so that they can be packed immediately.
