Tube Boilers

With a state-of-the-art manufacturing unit, we are manufacturing a quality range of Tube Boilers. These are used in Oil Mills in India and many overseas countries for over 40 years and are semi automatic oil/coal fired vertical smoke tube type boilers.

Construction and working:

* ALFA boilers are three stage boilers
* They have a number of vertically placed straight tubes which can tolerate a higher degree of hardness
* The hot gases generated by combustion flow upwards through the steam generator tubes at high velocity, resulting in high rate of heat transfer, thereby producing steam almost instantly
* The simplicity in design of ALFA boilers provides maximum accessibility for maintenance and cleaning
* ALFA boilers are compactly mounted and can be easily placed near the corresponding processing facility/plant
* Hot gases escaping into the atmosphere contain heat, which can be advantageously utilized
* ALFA boilers have an outstanding design to utilize this heat, which is absorbed by the incoming water flowing up through specially designed water heater tubes and having a larger heating surface
* The water feeder above the steam-generating portion enables hot water to be fed into the lower steam-generating portion, resulting in increased overall efficiency
