Trolley Mounted Bitumen Sprayer - 2500 Ltr. Insulated Bitumen Tank With M.s. Plate, 8 H.p. Diesel Engine, Lap Burner & Flexible Hand Spray Bar

We manufacture, export, and supply Trolley Mounted Bitumen Sprayer with 2500 ltrs. capacity bitumen tank fabricated from 4 or 5 mm thick M.S. plate and is insulated with cera wool to minimize the heat loss from Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

This tank is mounted on frame constructed from structural steel. Two nos. axles each with two nos. pneumatic & rubber tires are fitted to the chassis to make it suitable to be towed / trailed by tractor or some other power. Tow bar is also fitted to the sprayer for the towing purpose.

The Bitumen Burner is LAP (Low Air Pressure) manually fired and suitable for kerosene, LDO and Diesel as fuel. Air Compressor provides the necessary air for burner to fire.

Single Cylinder, Air Cooled Diesel Engine (8 H.P.) is used as prime mover which supplies power to Air Compressor & Bitumen Pump.

Positive Displacement Gear type Bitumen Pump is fitted with bitumen lines to pump the bitumen to spray bar.

Flexible Hand Spray bar with nozzle is provided for spraying the bitumen. This hand spray bar facilitates spraying of the bitumen on pavements, corners and other areas which are not accessible by the sprayer trolley.

Trolley type Bitumen Sprayer with 600 Ltrs. and 1000 Ltrs. tank capacity are also offered against specific requirement.
