Triple Roller Mill - Stainless Steel Cladded, 100 Mm Diameter & 300 Mm Length | 1.5 Hp Motor, Noise-free Operation, Precision Ground Rollers

Triple Roller Mill built on M. S. angle frame with S. S. Cladding, Fabricated Gear Housing and reduction gear box with motor for jerk less and noiseless performance.Triple Roller Mill is useful to insured total synchronization uniform flow of material and to fine the material at required quality.

The machine consists of following sub-assemblies.
1. Structure: This structure is built on M. S. angle frame and the SS covered.

2. Gear Housing: It is made from S. S. 304 sheet. It is providing with Hand wheel for adjusting rear and front rollers are conveniently suitable on the bilateral gear housing.

3. Roller: The three horizontal precision ground hard chrome rollers made of S. S. with uniform thickness throughout the entire length of the grinding area.

4.Scraper Blades: The side scrapers are made of Nylo-Cast. The side scrapers are fixed with charging hopper and expediently designed discharge scraper.
