The traveling block is a movable pulley unit that moves back and forth vertically inside. The pulley rotates faster on the side of fast rope than that on the side of dead rope, so the pulleys are worn differently, and those closer to the fast rope are worn more seriously. To resist wear, the rope groove shall be subject to surface heat treatment. When the rope groove is worn seriously, the pulley shall be changed.
