Slices and records of the same are kept handy for future references.

The units have the following machines for ensuring the mixing capacity of 3 tons/day of EPDM Sponge Rubber Profiles, EPDM Extruded Profiles, Rubber Windows Profiles, Tyre Flaps, Moulded Products, etc.:

Production Processes

Multi-disciplinary work capabilities of the company are evident from the way it manages streamlined functions at its setup. Production activities begin with the procurement of natural or synthetic rubber from certified company vendors. The process of compounding is then done to develop products in the form of sheets. After compounding, the sheets are cut into strips and then forwarded for vulcanization or extrusion procedures. Once the process is done, the sheets are transformed into rubber profiles and then released in the market according to the demands.
