*Pressa Starta button, machine J03 starts to print followed designed program, once finish one plate, it will move to next plate automatically.
*Printing unit adopts high-precise liner guide rail, its movement is digitally positioning by high-precise servo motor. Squeegee carrier is controlled by PLC and human-computer interface, and it uses servo motor to control squeegee travel length, which makes the printing quality higher and it is more efficient than manual bedplate printing machine.
*The machine can achieve connection between bedplates automatically. Fully considering the humanized and on-site management, avoiding plant length limitation and repeat work of disassembly of printing unit, we designed machine J03.
*The connecting truck receives printing unit and send it to the next bedplate line, then it returns to wait and deliver again.The light and fast printing unit is printing while moving
