Heat treatment process is adopted on the shell and end bush for having high wear resistance at frictional area (where bearing comes in contact) of the shell and clamping/ seating portion of the end bush. By maintaining precise geometry on the shell and the end bush, the fitment of the roller assembly on the machine is perfect.
