Application
* Cleaning of component/machined part
* Removal of anti rust before working
* Cleaning of component before welding
* Maintenance workshop.
Sequence of operation
* Objects to be cleaned are placed in a basket.
* Set the timer & press start switch
* Pneumatically operated lid closes
* Basket start rotating at around 6 to 8 rpm at the same time high pressure alkaline jet starts spraying hot alkaline liquid on a objects
* Process last till set time.
* Continuous filtration and recirculation with oil skimmer is provided.
Optional water spray with sequential timer can be provided for rinsing if required.
