Tip Counters

Basically this Tip Counters works like as event counter for tipping buckets of juice or water. A reliable power supply with battery backup and highly accurate Quartz crystal controlled clock increases its utility more. It consists a six digit total counter, Two Digit present counter, Two previous counter and a four digit clock.

Any moment of the bucket can be recorded through any potential free limit switch or any proximity switch. In the other word at the time of tipping, a single throgh sensor increments the figure of total count and present count. Present counting provides you the counting of every predetermined period (say one hour) and goes zero before next period starts, simultaneously this regarding appears on previous counter.
