Use Method:
Calculate the required dosage according to the composition standard and then regulate temperature of molten aluminium. Blade can be used to cut the additive blocks, but do not crush it. Based on the required alloy element content and the furnace results of the analysis, a good amount of additive required quantity should be well calculated, then thrown into the aluminium water before degassing and refining. After peel the dross away, the additive should be directly thrown into the aluminium bath evenly. After small flame is gone, stir and spread the additive evenly for certain period of time then hold before casting.
