Features:-
Thread silicone oil is to improve the lubrication of sewing thread to prevent breakage and improve efficiency while sewing a special processing silicone compound, compare with dimethyl silicone oil it is more practical and economical.

Parameters:
1. Appearance: colorless liquid
2. Viscosity (25 oC, CP): 300 i 500
3. Specific gravity (25 oC): 0.85 i 0.90
4. The effective content: 100%

Use:-
Mainly used for the lubrication of sewing thread, and can also be used for stripping, coatings etc.

Usage:-
Using the contact method of oil, oil rate of 1 ~ 2%.
On the contact method of oil there are two ways, the first is the oil contained in the wire box, line surface oil box, is a sponge or blanket cloth absorbs excess oil directly into the Pagoda line for direct sewing. The second is the line in a rotary stirring the pot, the oil directly into the line to be evenly stirred.
