Thread Silicone Oil

Our provided Thread Silicone Oil is to improve the lubrication of sewing thread to prevent breakage and improve efficiency while sewing a special processing silicone compound, compare with dimethyl silicone oil it is more practical and economical.

Use : Mainly used for the lubrication of sewing thread, and can also be used for stripping, coatings etc.

Usage:-
Using the contact method of oil, oil rate of 1 ~ 2%.
On the contact method of oil there are two ways, the first is the oil contained in the wire box, line surface oil box, is a sponge or blanket cloth absorbs excess oil directly into the Pagoda line for direct sewing. The second is the line in a rotary stirring the pot, the oil directly into the line to be evenly stirred

Note:-
Thread silicone oil storage long time in winter, should be a slight stir before using to prevent multiple phase separation. If there are multiple phase separation, mixing evenly can restore the original effect, does not affect the quality.
