Third Party Interface Module With Rs485 (Modbus-rtu)

We are engaged in manufacturing and supplying excellent quality Third Party Interface Module with RS485 (Modbus-RTU) in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. TPI-01-M-RTU Third Party Interface Modules are for use in industrial environments for networking and third party interfacing applications. Two PLCs/DCSs/Masters having Mobbus-RTU master (built in or with external module) can easily be connected to transfer data in between using the TPI-01-M-RTU, irrespective of the make & type of the PLC/DCS.It acts as two slave devices at two sides (SIDE #A & SIDE #B) of the unit, to which the two masters are to be connected.
The module simply transfer the contents of write registers of one side to the read registers of the another side, hence the data can be exchanged by simple read & write registers operation by the two connected masters.This read/write operations are identical for both the sides. In addition to data exchange it provides complete electrical isolation between two sides hence between two Masters/Networks.The module is completely plug & play type with a few configuration settings which can be entered through the array switches attached with the module. No external software is required for configurations. The module contains all the communication indications for both the sides. The operation sequence is as under. Let us consider that master connected at side #A writes a value to write register at address 00 of side #A.
