Key Features
The DIO-01-M-RTU, 4DI+4DO, Digital Input/Output Modules are designed for simple digital IO operations.
The module can be connected with any PLC/DCS/Master having RS485
(Modbus-RTU) Master & the master needs to perform one register read for digital input informations & one register write to ON/OFF the potential free digital outputs. Each module comes with a unique unit ID that can be read from read register.
The settings (Slave ID, Baud Rate & Parity) of the system is performed by the Operator Interface having a set of array switches attached with the unit.
No external software is needed for the configuration.
Each module contains 4 DI & 4 DO. All I/Os are of 24V DC, 1A ratings.
