Our range of Thermal Overload Protector is a metal body overload protector. This body is made of a seamless drawn Aluminum body which gives it greater strength and excellent heat sensing capacity. This body of this thermal overload protector is electrically insulated as it is internally insulated with a high temperature resistance engineering polymer. So there is no possibility of electrical shock. The wires are PTFE leads and can with stand high temperature. All internal components are spot-welded on a stainless steel housing. The body is doubled sealed with industrial grade high temperature epoxy and so the operating characteristics are unaffected by dust, moisture, etc. Especially suited for over temperature protection of heat sinks, power transistors, diodes, thyristors, rectifies, power electronic components, resistances, heaters etc. Can be mounted on any flat surface with a clamp.

The contact rating is up to 8Amp, 240VAC, 24VDC.
