We manufacture test benches to test SS Ferule fittings, SS Needle valves, Firefighting Valves, Industrial Valves, Pressure Gauges, Hose Pipes, Bellows (Metallic and Rubberized) . This machine is used to perform Proof/ High Pressure test, Burst Test, Vibration Test, Endurance/Life cycle test, Tensile test, Vacuum Test and also thermal test.
Some of the features of these test benches are:
It is a completely computerized system run via SCADA software on the PC.
The entire system along with all tests incorporated in it would be in one single unit itself.
Provision of Real time graphs to observe effects of pressure vs time is available.
Data logging function is also possible.
Reports/Certificates of each test in a format of your type can be printed out or saved on the computer.
An HMI can also be incorporated instead of a PC to adjust capital costs.
The system can also be made entirely manual without HMI and PC as well.

You need to send us the specification of the testing specimen as per IS/BS/ ASTM standards.
The system provided is an SPM (Special Purpose machine) and is designed as per the sample/samples provided for testing. As per the given specimens the design of the machine would be altered from its original design.
