Tempered glass production process
Cutting: cutting the glass into the shape according to actual needs.
Glass edging: use the edging machine to mill the four edges to prevent frund when steeling, and maintaining the beautiful appearance.
Drilling hole: If need to drill holes, can use the drilling machine.
Washing and dry: cleaning the glass with automatic washing machine.
Tempered glass: Tempered glass is processed by heating annealed glass in a furnace (700A ), and then the glass is rapidly cooled with jets of cold air (40A )

Technical principle: Tempered glass is made by heating flat glass to approach its softening temperature and suddenly chilling with jets of cold air to change the mechanical intensity, in order to strengthen and the stabling the glass.

Once tempered, the glass cannot be cut down or drill hole.
