Key Features
* Thermocouples Type R (Pt. Rh. 13% - Pt.) & Type S (Pt. Rh. 10% - Pt.) are used to measure temperature upto 1400 degree C/1600 degree C maximum.
* Type B (Pt. Rh 6% - Pt. Rh 30% or Pt. 18) are for temp. upto 1800 degree C max.
* Type C (Tungsten 5% Rhenium/Tung. 26% Rhen.) for temp. upto 2300 degree C max.
* Thermoelement pair is protected by two or three ceramic/silicon carbide sheaths of various types depending upon working temperature and environmental conditions.
* Type KER 610 - Alumina tube with 60%, 80%, 95% Al2O3.
* Type KER 710 - recrystallized - high alumina tube with 99.5%, 99.9% Al2O3 available in 24mm, 20mm, 15mm, 12mm, 10mm, 8mm, 6mm dia.
* Holding tubes made of SS 304/SS 316 of 32mm, 25mm, 20mm dia are used to hold ceramic sheath with head.
* Steatite Ceramic terminal block with nickel plated terminals.
* Die cast Aluminium/S.S. mounting head & adjustable flange.
* Widely used in Glass, Ceramic, Steel, Power Plants and Petrochemical Industries.
