Temperature Process Control Trainer

IEICOS computer-based Temperature Process Control Trainer is a state-of-the-art equipment that incorporates latest technology sensors, signal conditioners, instruments and computer as a PID Controller.

The following sensors and instruments are incorporated in the system:

• Four RTD temperature sensors for temperature measurement
• Two rotameters, 1000 LPH for visual indication of water flow
  
• Two centrifugal pumps for hot and cold water circulation
• Industrial heater of 4000 Watts capacity
• Industrial heat exchanger
• SCR control unit
• Signal conditioner for sensors
• A computer with powerful software for operation of the system
• ADC/DAC card for interface

The PID controller consists of a dedicated computer with control software and data acquisition board for displaying and controlling the parameters. Control software is user programmable with provision for operation in different models such as ON/OFF, proportional, proportional plus integral plus derivative. It incorporates menu driven configurations and graphical display to study the trend of process and analyzing the process behaviour off-line.

• All connections are possible to connect by patch cords or cables, thus enabling study of signals at all levels
• Provision to insert process signals for fault error etc. and to locate and rectify the changes in process trend
