Designed to work with the Laboratory TFF system. This easy-to-use system can process sample volumes up to 50L or more and efficiently concentrate samples toas little as 50mL. Subsequent desalting or buffer wxchange steps can be run on the same system with minimal user intervention.
The system includes a variable speed peristaltic pump, as well as a 0-10 bar pressure gauge, diaphragm valves, c-flex,316L stainless steel cassettes holder and digital display electronic scale.
The use of a peristaltic pump with disposable tubing and fittings minimizes sample cross-contamination while providing gentle processing for biomolecules.
All wetted parts meet USP Class V1 testing, standard 316L sanitary stainless steel clamp, all connectors are sanitary type, and the stainless steel holder is optimized for the use with up to five cassettes.
