INTERMITTENT MOTION CARTONER FOR TABLET/CAPSULE STRIPS (BOSS-II)

BOSS-II is a down stream machine which can be coupled using hard link with BOSS-I-EAX machine to insert collated strips of tablet/capsule into carton. It is fully automatic, compact intermittent motion cartoner. The machine automatically separates a carton blank from magazine, brought to erection station to erect the carton and taken forward by walking beam carriage. Rear side flaps gets folded with actuator mechanism, front side flaps spreads apart, mouthpiece gets entry and product is pushed into the carton. Both end flaps gets crimped and tucked in. Final closed carton is delivered on the table.

The machine is designed using high precision components and specialised pneumatic system along with PLC, operator interface for message display and parameter setting.

SMPS supply source and solid state sensors etc. to ensure reliable, trouble free and consistent production.
